Mixed Berry Foot Soak 100g

Spend some #MeTime relaxing, detoxing by soaking your feet in this Mixed Berry foot soak. The magnesium flakes, Epsom, pink salts help eliminate toxins in the body. Frankincense essential oil contains compounds that may help reduce inflammation and provide relief from conditions like arthritis and joint pain.  Juniper Berry essential oil has detoxifying effects, assisting the body in eliminating toxins and supporting the function of the kidneys and urinary system. Bergamot has antiseptic properties. Grapefruit essential oil has cleansing effects, making it beneficial for skincare.

Annatto powder contains carotenoids, such as beta-carotene and bixin, which act as antioxidants. Antioxidants help neutralize harmful free radicals in the body, reducing oxidative stress and lowering the risk of chronic diseases.  Annatto has anti-inflammatory properties, which can help reduce inflammation and may be beneficial for conditions like arthritis and other inflammatory disorders.  Annatto also has antimicrobial properties, which may help combat certain bacteria and fungi.

Magnesium Flakes, Epsom Salt, Himalayan Pink Salt, Pumice Sand, Olive Oil, Calendula Flowers, Blueberry, Strawberry, Red Clay, Annatto powder, Raspberry Seed Oil

ESSENTIAL OILS: Frankincense, Juniper Berry, Bergamot, Grapefruit

HOW TO USE:

Add 2-3 scoops of the foot soak to a basin of boiled water, inhale the aroma by taking a few deep breaths through the nose. Repeat up to 3 times. Cool the water down with cold water and soak your feet and relax for up to 20 minutes.

 **As with any skincare product, it's always recommended to do a patch test on a small area of skin to ensure you don't have any allergic reactions or sensitivities to the ingredients.
